  • Policy Statement
    Colegio de Dagupan currently has an open admissions policy to all those who wish to pursue a college education. Admission is based on the agreed academic and ethical standards as well as the student's willingness to abide by the rules, regulations and policies set by the College.

    Admission of transferees from other colleges and universities shall be subject to the careful review of the credentials submitted to the College. Transferees must meet the requirements for admission similar to those who enter the College for the first time.

    Implementation and Effectivity Period
    This policy takes effect at any time during the enrollment period.

    Rules and Procedures

    1. As a general rule, admission is OPEN to all students who have successfully graduated from a secondary / high school educational program duly recognized by the Department of Education (DepEd).
    2. Transfer students may be admitted by the college only after a careful review of all credentials presented. The same transferees shall undergo the same admission procedures as those of First Year applicants.
    3. The following are the documents / credentials required for admission:
      • F-138 (Report Card)
      • Certificate of Good Moral Character
      • Certificate of Graduation with Honors (For Honor Students)
    4. For Transferees, the following are to be submitted:
      • Transfer Credentials (i.e., Honorable Dismissal, etc.)
      • True Copy of Grades in the school previously enrolled in.
      • Other documents as may be required by the college.
    5. Upon presenting the required credentials / documents, the student shall secure the Check List of his preferred course.
    6. Secure a Green Card and fill out all the information required legibly, neatly and completely.
    7. Present the Green Card to enrolment personnel concerned for validation.
    8. Proceed to the stage to avail of the Automated Enrolment Processing Form (AEPF / Plotting Form)
    9. As mandated by law, the individual student shall then enrol the National Service Training Program (NSTP) units.
    10. Get an Identification (ID) number at the Cashier's Office.
    11. Upon acceptance of the credentials, the student applicant shall be required to pay the downpayment and tuition fees at the Cashier's Office. The downpayment shall be non-refundable.
    12. After making payments, the student applicant shall submit the Automated Enrolment Processing Form / Plotting Form for encoding and printing of the registration form and classcards.
    13. Present the completed registration form for I.D. picture. After successfully completing the procedures above, the student is deemed admitted.
